Abstract

The group’s research activity concerns terrestrial 5G networks and the recent evolution
towards Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) systems with communication via aerial platforms such
as drones (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, UAV) and low-altitude satellites (Low Earth Orbit, LEO).
