The research group works in the following fields: development of epigenetic and non-epigenetic modulators for the treatment of hematologic tumors. design and synthesis of inhibitors targeting enzymes of the endocannabinoid system for the development of therapeutic agents for neurodegenerative diseases and epilepsy treatment. synthesis of new pharmacological tools for the treatment of rare diseases. The research group is concerned with the study of the molecular mechanisms of angiogenesis (in neovascular retinopathies and tumors ) and tumor development .
